The document consisted of two pages in Polish and German. These kinds of documents are of extreme importance because they prove the deportation of the population and the compulsory displacement to forced labor.

Polizeiliche Anmeldung – “Police Registration” , in the administrative region of GG. This document shows the approval of the deportation of forced laborers from Warsaw in the time of the Uprising. In the GG only mothers with children, children under 16 years old, seniors, and ill people were allowed to remain. The other inhabitants of Warsaw were deported to forced labor or concentration camps.
